These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of XCelerate AI Concierge ("the Service"), operated by XCelerate AK LLC, a company registered in both the United States and Ghana, operating as XCelerate AK from Accra ("we," "us," or "our"). By connecting your social media accounts or using any feature of the Service, you agree to these Terms.
XCelerate AI Concierge is a multi-channel AI-powered customer service platform that allows businesses to automate responses to messages and comments on platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and TikTok. The Service processes incoming messages, generates AI responses using the business's configured knowledge base, and delivers those responses to end users on behalf of the business.
To use the Service, you must connect at least one social media platform account that you own or are authorised to manage. By connecting a platform, you grant the Service the necessary permissions to read incoming messages and post outgoing responses on your behalf.
When you connect your TikTok account, the Service will request the following permissions:
The Service reads only the data necessary to generate and deliver responses. Your TikTok content is not shared with third parties and is not used to train AI models.

Responses generated by the AI are based solely on the knowledge base you configure and the context of incoming messages. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining your knowledge base to ensure responses are accurate, appropriate, and compliant with all applicable regulations.
How we collect, store, and use your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to the practices described therein.
All software, design, and technology underlying the Service remains the property of XCelerate AK. You retain ownership of your business content, knowledge base entries, and connected account data. You grant us a limited licence to use that data solely to deliver the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XCelerate AK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if continued access would be harmful to other users or the platform. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
